These terms explain the conditions that apply when you access or use CalmCryptoLab, including its educational content, accounts, virtual trading simulator and competition features.
By accessing or using CalmCryptoLab, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.
CalmCryptoLab provides general educational information about cryptocurrency, blockchain, online safety, charts and market concepts. It does not provide personal financial, investment, legal or tax advice.
You are responsible for conducting your own research and obtaining professional advice before making financial decisions. The website does not recommend that you buy, sell or hold any cryptocurrency.
You must provide accurate information when creating and using an account. You are responsible for protecting your password and for activity conducted through your account.
Do not share passwords, private keys, wallet recovery phrases or other sensitive financial information with CalmCryptoLab. We will never ask you to provide a cryptocurrency wallet recovery phrase or private key.
Accounts must not be used to manipulate the simulator, competition results, rankings or other website features.
The CalmCryptoLab simulator is educational and game-like. It uses virtual funds only and does not execute real cryptocurrency trades.
Virtual balances, portfolio values, gains and losses have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged for real cryptocurrency or money. Simulator prices may be delayed, unavailable or different from prices offered by real exchanges.
Simulator performance does not predict or guarantee future results in real financial markets.
CalmCryptoLab may offer an educational competition with a monthly prize. No purchase or deposit is required to use the simulator or enter an available free competition.
Competition participation, eligibility, qualifying learning activities, trade requirements, prize conditions and claim procedures are governed by the published competition rules. Those rules form part of these Terms and should be read before entering.
Participants may be disqualified for breaching the published rules, manipulating results, providing false information, using multiple accounts unfairly or interfering with the website.
Competition availability and prize eligibility may depend on age, location and applicable law. Where parental or guardian involvement is required, the relevant competition rules will explain the requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, CalmCryptoLab’s original lessons, stories, characters, graphics, branding, simulator design and written content belong to CalmCryptoLab and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the website for personal educational purposes. You may not commercially reproduce, sell, republish or claim ownership of CalmCryptoLab content without written permission.
CalmCryptoLab may use or link to third-party services, websites, price providers, analytics tools and carefully selected affiliate partners. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
CalmCryptoLab is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or content of third-party services. Affiliate relationships will be clearly disclosed where applicable.

You use CalmCryptoLab and its simulator at your own discretion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalmCryptoLab is not responsible for financial decisions, real trading losses or losses caused by relying on educational or simulated information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute will be handled under applicable New Zealand law, subject to any rights you may have under mandatory laws that apply where you live.
These Terms may be updated when CalmCryptoLab’s features, services, competition rules or legal obligations change. The latest version and update date will be published on this page.
